We recently announced that Ford will launch Eco Sport in February 2013. But that has been postponed to April 2013. So everyone is very impatient with Ford right now. We don't know why Ford keeps on testing our patience with Eco Sport.

Ecosport is actually all set to launch. You can see thousands of Ecosport s test driving in Mumbai and Chennai. People already are starting to think Ecosport is launched already while seeing the massive test mules. Ford has showcased Ecosport in numerous dealerships already. Then Why are they not launching it?But  Ford has changed the launch date of Ecosport.

Mclaren P1 to be out of stock soon. Any indians planning to Buy it

Mclaren announced that P1 will be out of stock soon. P1 is not officially launched but it will only be produced in limited numbers, that is about 500 units. Mclaren P1 is the main rival of Ferrari F70/F150 and also Porsche 918. 120 bookings has already been confirmed and and a plenty of bookings are under approval.

The P1 costs 12 .41 crores of Indian Rupee that is 1.5 million USD. So seeing a P1 in Indian is going to be a rare sight.

The P1 uses Hyper KERS system for power which is the reason for the everest price.
 So if you are planning to buy a P1 act quickly before you get a sold out notice.

Plenty of rumors are going on about P1s engine and mechanicals. We expect the P1 to be powered with 3.8 l V8 Twin Turbo from the MP4 -2C. With almost 800 HP from the V8 and 100 Hp from the Hyper Kerls altogether P1 will produce a massive 1000 HP. May be it will beat Bugatti Veyron in  being worlds fastest cars. Lets patiently wait for Mclaren to reveal the specs.

Chevrolet Sail UVA s stubbed boot model the Sail Sedan has been officially launched on February 1 2013. The sail sedan is priced quite affordable at just 4.99 lakhs for the base petrol variant which is cheaper the Swift Dz ire.

The key advantage of the sail sedan is its space for sure. The car has 2465mm of wheel base which makes the most spacious sub 4 m sedan. it is certainly beter to travel in the sail sedan than the in the space less Swift Dz-ire.

At a price range starting from 4.99 lakhs (base petrol) and 7.51 lakhs (top end diesel) Sail sedan is priced temptingly. The car is offered in a total of 8 variants and 7 paint jobs. The sail sedan gets the same engine as the Sail hatch with some changes in gear ratios. The sedan gets the 1.2 l smart tech petrol and the new 1.3 l multi jet diesel engine as well. The petrol develops 86 HP of power @ 6000rpm and 113Nm of torque at 4400rpm. The diesel develops a healthy 78 HP of power(3 HP more than Swift Dz ire) @ 4000rpm and 200 Nm f torque @ 1750 rpm. Chevrolet claims that the petrol will give 18.2 Km/l of mileage and the diesel gives 22.1 km/l of mileage.(1 km/l lower than the Swift Dz-ire).

So with an efficient engine, spacious interiors, and with ideal suspension settings sail sedan will sell hot in India for sure. But the bland interiors similar to the Sail UVA hatch and low features will be a drawback for the sail sedan.

The sail sedan is just a photocopy of the hatch with a boot slapped on. There are not even some minor tweaks to distinguish at from the hatch at front view.

These problems won't bother you much Sail sedan is a good choice with cheap pricing.

Nissan with three new cars by 2014 including Micra and Sunny automatic

Nissan will launch three new models this year. They are the Nissan Micra automatic, Nissan Sunny automatic and Nissan duster based SUV, Nissan has been in a bit tired in Indian market. So Nissan expects these new variants to boost up the sales. Nissan is one of the automotive giants of the world and by 2016 Nissan will launch ten new models in India to strengthen the base.

First on to Indian shores will be the new Nissan Micra automatic. Automatics just sell 5% of India's annual car sales. But now urban people are intently going towards new gen automatic cars with more fuel efficiency. The love for automatic has rides in Indians as the latest auto boxes are more responsive and easy to drive in the city.

The automatic Micra uses a Nissan's new CVT gearbox which provides good mileage and performance figures. The automatic Micra will compete against Hyundai i10 AT, Honda Brio AT, Maruthi Swift AT and Maruthi Ritz AT.

Nissan will price the sunny automatic a bit lower than the Renault Scala AT to attract car buyers, The main competitors of the Sunny AT will be some strong contenders in the like Hyundai Verna, Hinda City, Volkswagen Vento,, and Skoda Rapid.

Renault duster has been a huge it in Indian market. Although a five seater the Duster was taken into the hearts of Indians and was selling about 5000 units for month. Inspired by the success of the duster Nissan will launch re badged version of Renault Duster. The name is not decided yet. The car will share the same platform and mechanicals with the Duster but it will get some major tweaks to the exteriors and cabin as well.

Nissan is also planing to introduce their low cost brand Datsun in India too. Nissan will launch two new cars under Datsun brand. Both of them would be under five lakhs. They are based on the old versions of Micra.

The first one is codenamed K12 and with a price tag of 3 lakhs. It would compete directly with Maruthi Suzuki Alto. The next car is code named K11 with a price tag of 5 lakhs will compete against rivals like Maruthi Arragon and Hyundai i10.

Nissan aims to attain 10% development by 2016. They will also come with some other Datsun cars as well.
