The students who got first and second place can go for the Mela with the district team.They don't have to give any money.The students who got participation appeal from Deputy Director of Education(DD) can go with the district team but need to give the expense of travel to them.They should also take the appeal approval from with them.
The students who got appeal from court have to travel on their own to Trivandrum.They have to spend the expenses of travel .

The IT Mela had many complaints about bad judgments especially in web designing event.There are many complaints that judgments are corrupted and showed special consideration for those who offered money.
For example this corruption is clearly visible on the Wayanad district IT Mela.A participant who got 2nd place in Mananthavady Sub district in IT Mela which created many collisions.The participant got first in District level IT Mela High School Web designing. with a web page like the way old fashioned and got 10 points with A grade.Second place was offered to the participant who got first place in Mananthavady Sub District was just offered 6 points who's web page was several notches above the first place holders.Third place was offered to the participant who was first in last years competition was just given a bare 4 points and a B grade so he would not even get the grace mark for last year.The appeal of this participant was also purposefully denied.
This corruption was visible on Higher Secondary Web Designing too conducted by the same judges.The kid who got first in last year district level competition was given a bare 0 points with no grade at all at this year's web designing.But his appeal was accepted by DDE.
A participant who got first in last three years digital painting was given a bare third place.But appeal was approved.
All these items were judged by the same corrupted judges.They were not permitted to enter the competition place.They should not see the students and their pages created.But the judges disobeyed all these regulations and they saw all the participants faces and they conducted the event.This clearly tells us about their corrupted and justice-less manner.The Wayanad District IT coordinator Mr Thomas also played an important role in this corruption.
We suspect that the participant who got first in Wayanad district IT Mela Navanitha daughter of Mr Santosh SITC of Vellamunda has tried to influence judges for sure or may be the judges don't know web designing and they came to Wayanad just for a vacation.
