Mercedes Benz A class will be launched
in India by the end of 2013. The A class will be the cheapest
Mercedes Benz yet.
But for Indian youth who need more
power and thrilling speed combined with the agility of an AMG the A
45 AMG will e here soon. The photos of the A 45 AMG has been revealed
in the Internet. So the hot AMG hatch from the A family A 45 AMG
finally visible without any spy covers.
Mercedes will showcase the A45 AMG at
the upcoming Geneva motor show. We are not sure about the release
date yet. The A 45 AMG doesn't have significant changes in its
design. It looks too similar to the ordinary A class hatch. The only
differences are the twin bar grille, alloy wheels, glossy black front
lid spoiler and trapezoidal exhausts which are not enough to
distinguish the more powerful and pricey A 45 AMG from a regular A
class.
Anyway the A 45 AMG will be powered by
a 2.0 l petrol engine producing a massive 350 Hp of power and 450 Nm
of torque. It will be mated to an AMG special DCT 7 speed sports
transmission with dual clutch system. This gearbox will be smooth and
more responsive than a regular Merc gearbox. The A 45 AMG will also
feature 4Matic all wheel drive system as well.
The suspension of the A 45 AMG will be
set up tight for more agility and control on high speeds. The brakes
will have larger discs and will have stronger braking power too.
We can expect the new A45 AMG in India
together with the A class hatch or some time after.
