Mercedes CLA 45 AMG leaked images

Here we have original images of the Mercedes CLA 45 AMG. The CLA is the sedan version of the A class hatch and is similar to the A 45 AMG. Surprisingly source of these spied images is a new PS2 game called drivers club.

AMG version means more power and a high capable motor in brief. But AMG is a specially designed whole new car which delivers excellent dynamics with every system working top notch giving driver an absolute control and fun over their car.

The CLA 45 AMG will be showcased on New York motor show scheduled in March 28. CLA s hatch back version the A45 AMG will be displayed at the Geneva motor show held on March 5th.

The new CLA 45 AMG will be getting

• New pinwheel type alloy wheels
• Chrome finished exhausts
• Tweaked headlamps and tail lamps
• AMG special seats.
• AMG infotainment system

Both the CLA 45 AMG and A 45 AMG will be powered by the 2.0 l 4 cylinder engine producing 360 HP of power and 500 Nm of torque. So this engine will be the worlds most powerful four cylinder engine. The motor is coupled to a seven speed AMG gearbox similar to the one in the SLS GT. Both cars will get AMG special 4matic all-wheel-drive-too.

So all these mechanicals combined will make the cars reach 100 km in almost 4.6 seconds. Top speed of the cars will be limited to 260 km/h. So definitely there is scope for a 'Wow' when you drive CLA 45 AMG.

CLA 45 AMG will be launched globally by the end of this year. Mercedes has informed that they will launch the A class hatch in late 2013, we can expect A 45 AMG too to be launched together with the regular A class. The CLA sedan will be launched only at 2014, so CLA AMG too will be on India at 2014.
